    2.5x for increased deposit, 3x standard ($300)
  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?
    Funnel can process within hours as long as application is completed but can vary depending on individual screening.
  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?
    Depends on the month but the standard is 12 months.
  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
    $99 hold fee is part of the application process.
  • Are there any move in charges?
    Prorated rent(s), 10% nonrefundable cleaning fee, remaining $201 security deposit.
  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?
    Nope.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
    Yes you do have to sort the recycling and trash.
  • How do I pay for electricity and water?
    Seattle City Lights for electricity and Billing Associates Group for all others.
  • What is the guest policy?
    14 consecutive days need to be added to the list.
  • Do you have on-site maintenance?
    Yes, maintenance is on-site M-F.
  • How do I submit a maintenance request?
    Via Henri, our resident portal.
  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
    If after hours, call after hours, 206.635.4854. If during office hours we will let you in.
  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?
    Yes, $25 noncompliance fee will be charged monthly if you do not have renters insurance.
  • What are my options for paying my rent?
    Via Henri or leaving a check in the rent drop box.
